Children in Need 2021

As you may already be aware, the BBC Children in Need appeal is fast approaching. Our school is excited to be joining in with others around the UK to participate in fundraising to change the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.

These fundraising events help your child to continue to develop our school values of compassion and respect by providing opportunities to learn about the importance of helping others where you can.

School Council would like to invite children and staff to join them for ‘Fancy Dress Friday’ on Friday 19th November.

In return for bringing in a suggested donation of £1, we are asking children and staff to come to school in fancy dress clothes on that day. This can be something small and simple to put together such as a fancy top, something spotty or odd socks; alternatively, they could dress as their favourite character, wear their favourite fancy dress outfit or even come dressed as Pudsey by wearing some Pudsey ears.

There will be donation buckets at each entrance on Friday and children should put their money into these, rather than take it to their classes.
