Here are our entries for a competition with Brentford FC – thought they might be good on the website.
This term, Year 6 have taken part in a Brentford FC Newspaper report competition called ‘Fearless Journalism’. The Fearless Foundation is a charity set up in the memory of Sports Journalist Danny Fullbrook, a talented journalist who passed away at the age of 40 after a battle with cancer. Those closest to Danny decided to celebrate his fearless nature by creating the Fearless Foundation, which works alongside sports organisations like Brentford to harness the power of sport. We were lucky enough to be able to take part in the competition. There were three winners from our year group: Sachin 6M, Rahda 6F and Poorti in 6C.
